Stark, just like this photo, is the mood of Seodaemun prison. Here, Koreans were tortured and imprisoned during Japanese occupation in order to silence an uprising. To read more and see more photos of this little known concentration-like prison in the middle of Seoul, click here.

Norae bang (literally "sing room" in Korean) is an institution! These two crazy guys are a couple friends of mine who took me out for Christmas Eve so I wouldn't have to be alone.
