Everland Photos!

Oh, we had so much fun going down that icy hill! We had to have a group shot! Top row: Me, Julia, Anna, Simon. Bottom row: Ceri, John, Courtney.

A very fancy way of saying, "Don't cut in line!" and "No saving places!"

Courtney posing with the park workers. So, let me tell you about these hats. Everyone wears them here no matter what your age is. You can get them in any animal--giraffe, wolf, tiger, polar bear, brown bear, dog, cat, bunny, anything... I bought Max a reindeer... Anyhow, the park workers had to wear them and we just loved laughing about it. They would also do this goofy double handed wave every time you walked by.

The Korean Mickey and Minnie!

Me and John joining in on the photo fun!
Monkey-Tiger lovin!!

I can't deny that they weren't absolutely adorable though...

Yes, he really is doing what you think he is... That poor monkey is going to be really confused one day...

The whole gang! I love this photo. It makes me think of a Friends episode. Pictured left to right: Anna, me, Ceri (the birthday girl), Courtney, John, Simon, and Julia. We were one wacky bunch of foreigners! We made the stupidest jokes all day but had the most wonderful time laughing at each other. We certainly need to meet more often! Unfortunately, Anna and Ceri (my two favorites!) are shipping out soon. Neither are too happy about living in Korea. Darn.

We had so much fun taking photos at the Christmas center. Oddly, there was a big birthday cake in the center and a giant Greek Parthenon in the background... Tell me, how do those two work into the Christmas theme?

Ceri and Julie breaking out their Christmas spirit!

Courtney and her sled of death! There were all these rules about sledding at the park--the big one was that you had to keep your feet down to control your speed. Those sledding workers had no idea what they were getting into when us crazy mi-guks (Americans) showed up! Courtney was dead set on busting through their ranks at the bottom of the hill and started spinning as she reached the bottom (on purpose) which led one of the workers to dive in front of her sled and stop her. It was hilarious. She got a serious scolding in Korean after that but we all laughed.

I'm not really sure what I'm doing with my face but it's not really pretty... But then again, Courtney looks like an insane lumberjack so I'm not that self conscious...

OH MY GOODNESS!! What FUN you all had!! Such great photos, Kortney! Watch out for that sled of death business... I am sure that even if you did die, you would still have to finish your teaching contract!
